About Us

The Career Development Center (CDC) is a division of Refugee and Immigrant Community Development Organization (RICDO), a non-profit, non-sectarian, multi-faceted social service agency founded in 2007.

Since it's inception in 2007, the CDC has helped over 70 job seekers with their employment needs. The CDC continues to meet the ever-changing needs of the region's diverse workforce by serving the entire community, from recent college graduates to mature workers, from Las Vegas natives to new immigrants and refugees, and from those who have just experienced a layoff to people who just want to change careers.
